Methods of payment
Upon receipt of your order, we will pre-authorize your credit or debit card to verify that there are sufficient funds to cover the transaction. We will not accept the order or ship the products until the pre-authorization process is complete. We will not charge your credit or debit card without confirmation of the order. Thus, payment is made in full at the time of ordering.

The customer pays his order by :
Credit Cards
The customer will indicate :
- the number appearing on the front of his card,
- the expiry date of his card,
- the cryptogram on the back of the card (last 3 digits)
- and the name of the cardholder.
The communication by the customer of his credit card number is an authorization for Monturfu to debit his account with the amount of the ordered items.
Credit card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is automatically transmitted through a secure encrypted system to the Paymaster without Monturfu or any other third party having any access whatsoever to this data. Even in the case of a possible refund, we do not have access to or know all the credit card information. For this reason, a refund is only possible on the card with which the purchase was originally made.
With the exception of the refund for possible returns, we never disclose this information again.
Please note that the process debits the credit card account directly. But the payment is under the supervision of our service provider. Monturfu.fr does not have the authorization to ship any order before payment.
Please also note that in case of payment by credit card, the billing address and the delivery address must be either in a country of the European Union or in a country outside the European Union.

Buy with confidence

When you have completed your order after selecting payment by credit card, you will be automatically connected to the payment server of the gateways www.stribe.com and www.paypal.com.
Payment by credit card is in principle irrevocable. However, the customer may require the cancellation of a payment by card in case of fraudulent use of the card. The corresponding sums are then recredited or refunded.
Moreover, the liability of the cardholder is not engaged if the disputed payment was made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. In order to obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the customer must contest the debit with his bank in writing within 70 days of the transaction, or 120 days if the contract binding him to the bank so provides.
The amounts thus debited shall be reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the bearer’s written objection. No costs for the return of the sums may be charged to the holder.
